Cancellation Policy
Kayak Rentals and Day Tours:
Any reservation (or portion thereof) cancelled on the date of the event, including “no shows” will be charged in full. Reservations (or portions thereof) cancelled within 7 days prior to the event will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. This does not include safety-related cancellations made by Tomales Bay Expeditions.
Night/ Bioluminescence Tours:
Any reservation (or portion thereof) cancelled on the date of the event, including “no shows” will be charged in full. Reservations (or portions thereof) cancelled after the booking date will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. This does not include safety-related cancellations made by Tomales Bay Expeditions.
